Frazer & The Frazer Firm, PA By Kent Frazer Kent Frazer is the Founder and Managing Shareholder of The Frazer Firm, P.A., a Jupiter-based law firm that litigates business disputes and provides counsel to businesses and their owners and executives in contract negotiations, business transactions, and operations. Kent has spent nearly 20 years practicing law in Palm Beach County focused almost exclusively on protecting and defending the rights and interests of businesses and their owners. Kent is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and has been named as a Florida Trend “Legal Elite.” He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of professional excellence in legal knowledge, communication skills, and ethical standards. Before opening The Frazer Firm, Kent was a long-time partner at the national law firm of Akerman LLP where he spent years handling challenging and complex litigation and corporate matters for Fortune 100 national and global corporate clients, as well as large South Florida companies. For a number of years, however, he had a desire to start and build a different kind of business law firm. He launched The Frazer Firm in January 2020 to offer the legal skill and attentiveness to national and international business clients he acquired at a national powerhouse law firm to the small and medium sized businesses in his community, south Florida, and throughout the state. The Frazer Firm was founded with the sole purpose of solving the problems that keep business owners and executives up at night. With extensive experience in complex business litigation matters, Kent has encountered and successfully litigated nearly every kind of business dispute. His firm helps level the playing field in business litigation disputes because Kent has developed over his career the understanding of how large, deep-pocket companies develop their litigation strategies and make decisions, and how their large law firms aggressively litigate cases. In its outside general counsel practice, The Frazer Firm advises businesses on myriad aspects of operations, including contract negotiations and transactions, employment, and insurance issues. The firm’s business transactions practice advises clients in contract negotiation and preparation, real estate issues, and business purchases and sales. Kent grew up in Vero Beach, Florida and lives with his wife and two children in Palm Beach Gardens. When he is not serving his business clients, he loves spending time with his family and serving his local community. He is an alumnus of Leadership Palm Beach County, Leadership West Palm Beach, and is active in the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
