She is currently exploring new opportunities to bring her eye for fashion and sense of style to the interior design industry. Julia, the youngest, was recruited to play volleyball at SMU in Dallas where she excelled, before transferring back to California to play at Pepperdine University in Malibu. She is currently finishing her last semester – ONLINE at Pepperdine and will graduate with a BA in Creative Writing. (Julia had been studying abroad in Florence, Italy in 2020 when the pandemic hit.) “The girls are singers, musicians and song-writers – you might see them playing in a local coffee house or bar,” Emily says. Pre-pandemic the family loved to take family trips to destinations like Hawaii, San Francisco and Napa Valley. Their dog is named Archie! He is a French Bulldog and he just turned two years old in March -- he was born in Ojai, California – the “Home of the Bionic Woman”. His favorite word is CHEESE and he loves to skateboard. “Emily and I are avid walkers. We love the “walk-ability” of Abacoa, and it was one of the main reasons we decided to live here,” Jason says.
