After the whirlwind courtship, the two married on December 13, 2013. That’s extra special because 13 is superstitious Bill’s unlucky number - so naturally Zou chose that date. She says, “Now it is his very lucky number!” Zou attended Assumption College and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and International Business. She also attended the Development Academy of the Philippines receiving a Master’s degree in Public Management and Program certificates from Harvard Business School, Agribusiness and Financial Management and Pet Nutrition in DVM University. In the Philippines, the multi-talented Zou was a television and cable host of the National Quiz Bee for twelve years - a show that was a combination of Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader. She was also a book author of Answerboards Up! 1 & 2 - a bestseller in Southeast Asia for five consecutive years! Today Zou is the owner of Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Abacoa and your very own Abacoa & Alton Neighbors expert for “Pet Corner”! Bill graduated from Manchester College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and was a hospital director at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for 30 years. Today he runs Solare Sunglasses. Of Roman Catholic faith, together they have a daughter, Sophia Beatrice. Sophia attended the University of the Philippines and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management.
