He refers to these books as “treasures”. He has been in the business 10 years, a collector for most of his life and his family has been in the printing business for over 160 years. These days, he keeps his hours “by appointment only” at his shop in Abacoa but is always willing to make the trip to see a unique estate. He looks for entire libraries or even just that one special edition. Truly, the hunt for treasure can take many forms. Donnelley is well suited to be the proprietor of Liberty Book Store with an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University and also a DBA (another name for a PhD) from Nova Southeastern University and is a graduate of the Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar. He also holds post graduate Certificates of Proficiency in a Specialized Area from the Rare Book School at The University of Virginia.
