Evan and Mila have been very loving with her. There are certain communities that give off a warm and welcoming vibe and for the George Family, Mallory Creek is definitely one of them. With neighbors so friendly and supportive of each other – there’s a sense of togetherness despite being one of the larger subdivisions in the area. Further, the residents take pride and ownership in creating community- wide events– even of the social distancing variety during Covid-19. With the kids literally waking up ready to get outdoors and explore, they couldn’t find a better spot to be than in Mallory Creek. The George Family feels fortunate to have created incredible friendships with so many neighbors - from the very beginning. They even took a Thanksgiving week vacation to the Keys with two other families from the block and they regularly enjoy the impromptu conversations that occur in the back alley with neighbors and friends. The George’s share this takeaway: “We feel so fortunate to live where we do – enjoy all the little things that make Abacoa such a special place. And now more than ever we should all try to be kind, be grateful, and embrace differences within our amazing community. We try to ‘be present’ in whatever we are doing – especially around the kids – trusting in God’s plan for any worries or stresses we might have.” RESIDENT FEATURE
