WARHOL! @ Lighthouse Arts Center This exhibit brings over twenty pieces of rarely seen original Andy Warhol art to the Gallery on loan from Beth Rudin DeWoody and Marshall Fields’s private collections. Andy Warhol, arguably the most famous artist in the last 100 years, was an artist, director, and producer who was a leading figure in the visual art movement known as pop art. The exhibition gives local residents and visitors the opportunity to view this iconic artist’s work in person. MARCH 27 - APRIL 2 The 9th Annual Plein Air Festival Known to be the premier Plein Air Festival in the Southeastern United States. The artists, who paint “en plein air” or outdoors are carefully selected from all over the country to participate in this week-long festival. The festival kicks off with a Paint Out Competition at the beautiful Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens on March 27. March 28 - March 31 the artists paint in picturesque locations throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties competing against one another for cash and prizes. A Collector’s Party takes place on April 1 with the festival ending on April 2 with an art sale and live painting event. Art enthusiasts have the opportunity to learn and collect from the most highly regarded plein air artists in the country. FEBRUARY 2 @ 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM JUPITER LIGHTHOUSE SUNSET TOUR Climb to the top and take in the spectacular sunset views. Visitors get an inside look at the nuts & bolts of a working lighthouse watchroom. Tour time approximately 60 minutes, guests must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour and must wear face covering. Children must be at least 48” tall to climb the Lighthouse and accompanied by an adult. Tours are weather permitting. In the event of rain, the tour will be rescheduled. Attendees receive a special gift from Tommy Bahama Restaurant. FEBRUARY 16 @ 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM JUPITER LIGHTHOUSE MOONRISE TOUR A howling good time and spectacular evening view of a full moon from the top of the Lighthouse! This adventure makes a fabulous date night too. Tour time approximately 60 minutes, guests must check-in 15 minutes prior to tour and must wear face covering. Tours are weather permitting. In the event of rain, the tour will be rescheduled. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 48” tall to climb the Lighthouse. FEBRUARY 7 @ 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM TWILIGHT YOGA AT THE LIGHT Experience the serenity of Yoga with Mary Veal on the Lighthouse Deck at sunset every Monday. Stay fit and calm the mind in this all levels class where beginners are welcomed and encouraged! Bring a yoga mat & water bottle. Yogis must wear face mask. Mats will be 6’ apart or more. Meet at the Museum 10 minutes prior to start time and Yogis must sign waiver. Class is weather dependent – and refunds only issued due to weather.
