She moved here to be central to all the things she loves doing, as well as the easy access to the water to paddle board. “I live in paradise,” she says. “I enjoy that I am close to all the things that I love to do!” Sarah has a close knit family and many lifelong friends who are like family to her. Passionate about education and learning, Sarah attended the University of Minnesota Duluth and graduated with a degree in Teaching Secondary Social Studies. She earned her Master’s degree from Purdue University Global in Literacy in Education. She also spent some time studying Political Science at the University of Oxford in England, on scholarship. Sarah worked for 20 years as a teacher and fourteen of those years she spent teaching 7th and 8th grades at Jupiter Middle School. “I run into former students and their families all over town!” Sarah says. Although Sarah loved teaching and will be forever grateful for all that she learned from her students, their families, and colleagues, she loves her new role as the Membership Development Manager at the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. “I still have the opportunity to be connected in the community and I have met so many inspiring individuals. I love having the opportunity to help businesses, schools and non-profit organizations make the connections they need to thrive and prosper,” Sarah shares. Sarah has a special person in her life that she enjoys spending time with – Jordan, who she met at the Square Grouper in May of 2021. They share a love for paddle boarding and running! “We are excited to do the 7 Mile Bridge Run in the Keys coming up in April!” Sarah Nouis Meet Resident
