It’s interactive and personal — people want that.” That personal connection has turned many of his guests into lifelong clients and friends. “We have a big circle,” he added. “People who come to dinner often end up joining my wine trips to Italy or concerts at my nonprofit event space. Once you’re in the circle, we don’t let you out.” Though most of Cullen’s events take place along the East Coast, particularly in the Delaware area, his culinary adventures have taken him far beyond the region. He’s hosted dinners across the U.S., in Costa Rica and Aspen, and on luxury European wine cruises. In recent years, he’s even led culinary and music-focused trips to Cuba. “It’s my third year going back,” Cullen said. “The music there is incredible — it feels like home.” That global spirit infuses everything he does, a reminder that his two passions, food and music, are universal languages. Now, Cullen is looking to turn his attention to South Florida to share his culinary concept with new audiences. It’s a return of sorts, as he lived in Fort Myers for 16 years and knows the region well. “I love South Florida,” Paul said. “The lifestyle, the culture, the fresh seafood, it’s the perfect place for what I do.” He already cooks several times a year in Naples, Sarasota, and the East Coast, often for clients who split their time between Delaware and Florida. It’s a natural next step,” he explained. “I can bring my wines, my gear, everything I need, and source beautiful local ingredients when I get here.” Even with a thriving business, wine label, and full event calendar, Cullen shows no signs of slowing down. He’s publishing a book later this year, part memoir and part cookbook, chronicling his journey from the stage to the stove. “I’ve lived two completely different lives,” he said. “But really, they’re connected — both music and cooking are about making people feel something. You perform, you share, you connect. That’s the magic.” And as he prepares to make South Florida his next culinary stage, Cullen’s philosophy remains as clear as ever: “Food, wine, and music, that’s my trifecta. If I can make people smile through those three things, then I’ve done my job.” To learn more about the in-home dining, go to https://www.paulcullen. rocks/in-homedining.
