One of those transformations, she’s quick to point out, is that the area is no longer just a destination for retirees. “What once felt like a retirement community has become a hub for active people of all ages. It’s almost like a whole injection of another generation. It’s really exciting.” That shift, she explains, has redefined what draws people to the area’s country club communities. “They’re looking for a great lifestyle with like-minded friends, great restaurants, shopping, beautiful weather, and the opportunity to make friends while having fun.” The amenities in the clubs are also evolving to match those expectations. Rosenfield keeps close tabs on each one so she can provide informed guidance, from clubs adding indoor pickleball facilities and new dining terraces to others developing modern fitness centers and resort-style pools. “Every club is constantly evolving,” Vicki added. “That’s what makes it so important for me to really know the differences between them.” While her knowledge of the market sets her apart, Rosenfield’s success is built on customer service and trust. Clients rely on her not only for her expertise but for her straightforward approach and her ability to make the process feel personal. “I love to work,” she explained. “And the reason I love to work is I love to help people find the home for them.” She approaches each client relationship as a partnership. “These aren’t one-time transactions,” Rosenfield added. “People come back to me, or send their friends, because they know I care about their experience. I want them to feel confident and supported the whole way through.” Though originally from Baltimore, Rosenfield now calls northern Palm Beach County home and fully embraces the lifestyle she sells. She’s an active member of her community, taking part in the very social life that attracts her clients. “I do play golf, though I’m not very good, but I give it a good try,” she laughed. “I enjoy working out, pilates, playing cards and enjoying the social life of the club.” That firsthand experience gives Rosenfield unique credibility with her clients. She doesn’t just describe the lifestyle, she lives it. “One of the nice things about living here is you don’t have to do a lot to have a really good life,” she added. “There’s always something happening — fitness, golf, cards, dinner with friends. You can be as active or as relaxed as you want to be.” When asked what distinguishes northern Palm Beach County from other Florida destinations, Rosenfield doesn’t hesitate. “We’re not Boca,” she said. “We don’t have the traffic, we don’t have the congestion. What we do have is beautiful beaches, tremendous communities, and a tremendous sense of community. You can get to the airport in 20 minutes. It’s luxury living without the hassle.” The region’s appeal, she adds, lies in its balance. “It still feels like a small-town community. You run into people you know everywhere you go, but it offers all the sophistication and quality people expect when they move here.” Over the years, Rosenfield has seen countless clients make the move south, often with their friends and family following close behind. “You’ll have a group from Chicago or New York,” Vicki explained. “One family comes, then another, and soon their friends follow. They want to continue the connections they’ve built…just with a lot more sunshine.” It’s a phenomenon that reflects not just the appeal of Palm Beach, but the trust Rosenfield builds with her clients. “The best community is the community my clients decide to live in,” she added. “By that I mean that all of these clubs are outstanding, and whichever one people choose to put down roots in is the one where they’ll find their people and have an amazingly fulfilling life full of friends and activities.” That belief — that home is about connection — is what drives her every day. “Here in northern Palm Beach County, you really do get the best of everything.
