Instead, the North Palm Beach practice has earned its standing the old-fashioned way—one patient, one family, and one relationship at a time. Founded in 1991 by Dr. David Kashuba, First Rehabilitation of North Palm Beach has grown into one of northern Palm Beach County's most respected outpatient rehabilitation practices, providing physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, wellness services, and personal training. Over the years, the practice has treated multiple generations of local families, many of whom first arrived through a referral and continue returning because of the personalized care they've come to expect. "We started in this area in 1991. My dad started it," Chief Operating Officer Nick Kashuba said. "Ever since then, it's been a family practice." That family atmosphere extends well beyond the name on the building. Kashuba's grandfather managed the finances until he was well into his 90s. Other relatives have worked throughout the practice, and today the business remains independently owned and operated, something Kashuba believes patients recognize almost immediately.
