In just its second year, the Frenchman’s Reserve Charitable Foundation dramatically expanded its community impact, demonstrating what can happen when residents come together with a shared commitment to giving back. Founded by residents of Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club, the Foundation supports local nonprofit organizations addressing some of the area’s most important needs. Through the generosity of residents, sponsors, and community partners, participation in the Foundation continues to grow. During its second year, the number of resident donors increased by approximately 36%, while total revenue grew by nearly 75%. This support enabled the Foundation to award $360,000 in grants to 38 nonprofit organizations— compared with $204,000 awarded to 20 organizations during its inaugural year. Behind this growth is an equally impressive volunteer effort. More than 30 residents serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors and committees, contributing their professional experience and countless volunteer hours. Volunteers review grant applications, visit nonprofit organizations, support fundraising initiatives, and help ensure that the Foundation’s resources are directed where they can make a meaningful difference. One of the year’s most memorable moments was the Foundation’s Grant Distribution Celebration on April 29, 2026. Representatives from each grant recipient gathered with Frenchman’s Reserve residents to receive their awards and share how the funding would support children, families, seniors, veterans, education, healthcare, food security, and other essential community programs. For the Foundation’s volunteers, the event serves as a powerful reminder that philanthropy involves much more than writing a check. It is about building relationships, strengthening local organizations, and seeing firsthand how collective generosity can improve lives. What makes the Foundation especially meaningful is that every grant begins with neighbors helping neighbors. Frenchman’s Reserve residents are not only providing financial support; they are actively shaping the Foundation’s mission through volunteer leadership, thoughtful grantmaking, and a shared desire to make a lasting difference beyond their own community. With increasing resident participation and a growing network of nonprofit partners, the organization is positioned to make an even greater impact in the years ahead. The Frenchman’s Reserve Charitable Foundation is demonstrating that when a community embraces generosity as one of its defining values, the benefits extend far beyond its own neighborhood—creating opportunity, hope, and meaningful change for thousands of local residents. 2025-2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
