By Lisa Sliney, MS, LNHA, Licensed Centurion Agent; lsliney@newyorklife.com After seeing many losses of life and families in turmoil and pain, I realized why I was to change careers and become a licensed Life Insurance Agent. During this pandemic there was much to think about with respect to this major question .... Do I have enough insurance to protect my family if I do not come home tonight? That question was asked by many new clients of mine and they were so happy they did. A few of them did not come home after having COVID19. It was sad delivering a death benefit check and, at the same time, a relief for the family as they realized they would be safe financially and still carry on their loved one’s dreams. When you stop and realize all the surviving we did together during this past year, I do hope you realize that it is time to see if what you currently have is what you currently need. Please allow me the opportunity to review your structure in place and see if there are any gaps that may be filled with new insurance needs. Education is the best knowledge and having updates and reviews are even more beneficial. If you have not had a review in the past six months, give me a call.
