Instead, it has been shaped by collaboration, service, and a belief that the best leaders are willing to listen first. While in April, she wrapped up an eight-year run as a City Commissioner, long before entering public office, she built her career in nonprofit leadership, helping lead organizations focused on education, leadership development, and community impact throughout Palm Beach County. “I had a great career in executive leadership in nonprofits,” Lambert said. “I served as the executive director of Leadership Palm Beach County and the CEO of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County. Both of those are really where I honed my skills for serving the community, listening to others, and leading by example, being shoulder to shoulder with the people that we're serving.” Those experiences ultimately led Lambert toward public service, even if elected office was never part of the original plan. During her term, Lambert found herself helping guide one of South Florida’s fastest- growing cities through a period of rapid growth and transformation. Along the way, she remained focused on maintaining a leadership style rooted in accessibility, collaboration, and direct community engagement. “I rolled up my sleeves,” Christina explained. “I
